Photojournalism is the main aspect of my photography that stays consistent no matter what type of session it is. This is what keeps me grounded in knowing my purpose in life. Story telling through images and writing is something I've been passionate about ever since I studied photography in college. No matter if it's connecting with nature's beauty or connecting with the people around me, I truly care about telling their story. It's easy to wake up and see all the bad surrounding us, but sharing the joy, love, and light can change your perspective on how you feel every day. Take a look through my blog entries to see how you feel through my art of storytelling.

Siham & Abdul’s engagement session at Piedmont Park was just gorgeous as always. If you’re a photographer in Atlanta, you have most likely shot at Piedmont Park. It’s so gorgeous with every season and has so many different places to walk around. If you have a lot of sessions there, it can get repetitive. Part of our jobs as photographers is to stay familiar with each shooting location, so our client gets unique photos!
Let’s take a look through the different locations at Piedmont Park you can go to for picture perfect memories:
Greystone Stairs
The stairs and greenery always looks so classic for photos! If you’re not afraid of heights, walking across the top is so much fun with the skyline in the background. 🙂
Fun fact: this is also a wedding ceremony venue!
Clara Meer Gazebo & Bridge
I love taking photos at the gazebo and bridge during the fall because the leaves in the background are always perfect! And you know how hard that can be to come across in Georgia. hehe.
This is also a great spot for elopements or kids photos!!
Skyline Picture Point & Trail by the Water
One of my favorite parts of Piedmont is the skyline and trail around the water!! It’s a great spot to get a little bit of privacy for couple sessions.
This is another option for elopements at Piedmont Park! Check back next week to see Lisa & Sam’s elopement here.
The Meadow
Okay… so maybe not the meadow but everywhere around the meadow!! There’s all these trees and cute areas to set up a picnic or twirl around. Make sure to stop by Park Tavern or Orpheus Brewing at the top of the park for a drink before you head home 🙂
Thank you so much for reading my blog!!
