Lifestyle Sessions with Mary Lee Palmer Photography

Happy Friday! I’ve recently fell in love with doing lifestyle sessions. I would love to do more of them! You’re probably wondering what is a lifestyle session? Well they can be different based on what you need them for. Some lifestyle sessions are like business headshots, but catered to you and your business. For example, I did a lifestyle session with a fellow photographer for my business headshots. We went on top of a mountain and I wore outfits that felt more like me, so that you get an idea of who I am! Instead of seeing a stuffy, cookie cutter photo of me.. if you know me, you know that is not me at all. Some lifestyle sessions, like Jordan’s, I can photograph what you do. J Purdy Events

This past Spring, I got the pleasure of working a wedding that Jordan Purdy was planning for her new business, J Purdy Events. It was such a beautiful experience to see how she worked so hard throughout the day then seeing the end product. Another reason why I love working weddings! I was able to capture Jordan working throughout the day, all the vendors, and how beautiful the tent and lights looked at the end of the night.
